Future Business Leaders of America is the nation's largest student organization for individuals preparing for a career in business. Cadott's FBLA chapter has been active since 1963 Traditionally, students in grades 9-12 are eligible for membership. Students in grades 7 and 8 are now welcome to join and participate in local FBLA events.
FBLA's goals include preparing students for a useful career, developing competent, aggressive business leaders, and instilling confidence and self respect. These goals are applied throughout every FBLA event.

FBLA proudly sponsors, organizes, and participates in:an annual installation/induction ceremony
