Recently, members of the Cadott High School Concert Choir participated in the UW-Eau Claire Clearwater Choral Festival. 🎶✨They were a part of the Festival Honor Choir which was made up of 27 different high schools from all around Wisconsin and consisted of over 350 students. The concert took place at the beautiful Pablo Center in downtown Eau Claire. Great job students for representing our school with pride! 🤩🙌 #CadottHORNETS

🎶✨ What an incredible night of music! Yesterday, 17 students from the Cadott High School Concert Choir headed over to UW-Eau Claire for the A Cappella Extravaganza! 🎤🎤 Our students got to hear amazing, high-energy performances from all of UWEC's university a cappella groups. 🏆🐝 Congratulations to the Class of 2027! Our Homecoming Points Competition champions! They edged out the 9th grade class by just 1.5 points! Each grade earned points throughout the week through dress-up contests, assembly games, and decorating contests. The competition was close, and the school spirit was strong! The Class of 2027 wins $400 and will have their graduation year engraved on the Homecoming G.O.A.T. Trophy, displayed in the High School trophy case! 🐐🏆 Congratulations, Class of 2027! A Strong Start to the Season! 🏃 Cadott opened the cross country season at Wildwood Park & Zoo with strong performances across every level. This was an outstanding opening meet with strong front‑running, depth, and teamwork across the program. In honor and remembrance of Adam Massman, a 17-year-old senior from the Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District who tragically passed away on August 24, the Cadott School District staff came together to wear red. ❤️ We stand with the students, staff, family, and communities of Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan during this incredibly difficult time. Our hearts are especially heavy knowing that several members of our Cadott staff, including Mr. Rogers, Mrs. Rogers, and Mr. Hagedorn had the opportunity to work with Adam when he was younger. The staff of the Cadott School District wore red to show our support, share our love, and let the Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan communities know that you are in our thoughts. 💛🐝 Welcome, Darcy Guntner! We are thrilled to welcome Darcy Guntner as our new Elementary School Administrative Assistant in Cadott! Darcy joins us with 12 years of school‑based administrative assistant experience, bringing a strong foundation of organization, care, and commitment to students, families, and staff. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Darcy and her husband Steve are proud parents of three adult children, Zachery, Cayden, and Zoey, and are adjusting to life as new empty nesters. Their two Australian Shepherds, Jezzy and Nala, make sure the house still feels full of energy and love. 🌅 Darcy has lived on the north side of Lake Eau Claire for 22 years, where her family enjoys fishing, boating, jet skiing, swimming, and plenty of quiet time by the water. ✈️ Travel is a big part of Darcy’s life, especially with all three children spending much of the year in Montana. She loves both tropical adventures and mountain getaways, and is always excited to hear about amazing destinations others recommend. 💇‍♀️ Darcy is also a licensed cosmetologist with 20+ years of salon experience, an independent L’BRI consultant, and co‑owner of a trucking company that serves routes across the Midwest, East Coast, and southern states. Staying busy is definitely her specialty. We’re excited to welcome Darcy to Cadott and look forward to working together. 💛🐝 #CadottHORNETS

Jonah recently graduated from UW–La Crosse, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics Education and served as a team officer for the Club Baseball program. He completed his student teaching at Holmen High School this past semester and is eager to begin teaching Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 here at Cadott. ⚾🏀 A lifelong athlete, Jonah grew up playing baseball and basketball at Eau Claire North High School and has been connected to sports ever since. 🌲👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Outside of school, he enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, and making memories with his family. Jonah shared that he is very excited to join the Cadott School District and is looking forward to seeing what this school year has in store. 🍿 Creative Snack Time at Hornet Care! The kids and staff at Hornet Care have been busy making fun, themed snacks each week! Students get to measure, mix, and serve their creations turning snack time into hands‑on learning and teamwork. A few favorites they’ve made so far include S’mores Bark and Cosmic Popcorn, and they’ve loved every bite! 🌟 #CadottHORNETS

🚜🌾 Chippewa County Tractor Safety Course 🌾🚜 The Chippewa County Agricultural Instructors hosted this year’s county‑wide tractor safety course, welcoming thirty students from Bloomer, Cadott, Chippewa Falls, New Auburn, and Stanley‑Boyd.
