Exciting times ahead for our juniors! 🎓💼 They had a fantastic day at the Wisconsin Education Fair in Eau Claire, exploring endless possibilities for their post-high school journeys. With nearly 100 colleges, universities, technical colleges, military branches, and trade programs to connect with, they gathered valuable insights to help shape their futures. The excitement is real as they take these important steps toward their futures! ✨ #CadottHORNETS

Every Friday, our littlest scientists have “Freaky Friday” and dive into fun experiments! Last Friday, they harnessed the power of the sun to make delicious s’mores using a sun oven! 🌞🍫 #CadottHORNETS

Our #CadottHORNETS hosted a volleyball tournament on Saturday! 🏐 Check out the results! ⏬ 🐝 vs. Luther — Loss— 1-2 (16-25; 25-12; 15-17) 🐝 vs. Mondovi — Win— 2-0 (25-21; 25-11) 🐝 vs. Turtle Lake — Win— 2-0 (25-11; 27-25) 🐝 vs. Unity — Loss — 0-2 (21-25; 22-25) Tournament Stats: 🌟Haley Mathison - 32 kills, 4 aces, 12 digs, 7 blocks 🌟Kasey Moldrem - 21 kills 🌟Karlee Davis - 69 assists, 4 aces, 12 digs 🌟Rilee Weeks - 29 digs, 6 aces The team grew a lot during this tournament with some players taking on new positions they weren't used to. This is a great step forward as the team moves into the conference season! 🏐🐝

These 5th grade #CadottHORNETS 🐝 put their engineering skills to the test! They've been learning about how engineers ask critical questions and collaborate 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 with their peers to protect our communities from natural disasters. 🌪️🌍 In a hands-on experiment, students were challenged to design and build structures that could withstand an earthquake. Who knows? One of these future engineers might just help save the day in real-life! 🦸🏽‍♂️

Students in the Cadott Drama Club got a sneak peek of what it’s like to work behind the scenes at The Pablo Center in Eau Claire. ✨ They got to check out the scene shop, recording studio, dressing rooms, costume shop, backstage of the RCU stage, star rooms, UWEC theater classrooms, 🎭robotics studio, 🤖and several art galleries! 🎨 “The possibilities for jobs in the arts are endless and open to those willing to work for it. Our talented second and third graders have been putting their creativity and hard work to the test this summer! They dove into the world of geodesic domes, learning how these fascinating structures are made from triangles. Throughout the week, they rolled newspapers into struts, meticulously measured and cut them to length, and proudly assembled their very own domes. 🏗️📰 Our school library is now filled with these impressive domes, showcasing the dedication and teamwork of our students. Next week, they will be opening up their domes to invite other groups to come in, read, or enjoy some games inside these unique creations. 🤩 Summer school is a blast! ✨ #CadottHORNETS

🌍✨ What an unforgettable journey with Cadott Travel Club across Europe! From the stunning sights of Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, and London to iconic landmarks like the Palace of Versailles, Anne Frank Museum, Dutch windmills, Eiffel Tower, and Big Ben, they experienced it all. 🤩 Despite averaging only five hours of sleep each night, they mastered the art of micronaps on buses, trains, metros, and trams! 🚌🚆💤 The memories they made exploring the world were truly incredible! 🌟🗺️🛏️ As they bid farewell to the big world, nothing can compare to the comfort of their cozy beds back in their little Wisconsin town.
